Here's a tutorial I've had on my computer for a while. I have mixed feeling about this one. And apparantly so do my youtube viewers. lol.. oh well. you win some you lose some.
What are your thoughts on this design?

Rimmel - Pop Quiz (i have no idea where to get this polish. sorry)
Color Club - Puccilicious (I purchased at Winners)
Script Brush - (purchased at local art/craft store)
Rimmel - White french tip pro (can be purchased at any drugstore)

I like the blue & white stripes and the sponged on dark corner. For me, the rest of it doesn't come across very well in the video, perhaps a close-up shot is needed, but maybe it's great in person. I didn't hear whether you liked this mani or not. Thanks for showing us your ideas!
