Counterfeit Nails: CND Series - Judy Jetson

I've been feeling uninspired for my nail art lately so I decided to do a mini series (maybe 4 or 5) tutorials on designs that others have created.
I randomly revisited the Creative Nail Design website and remembered how much I loved the simplicity and beauty of the nails in their gallery.  And with that, the CND Series of Counterfeit Nails was created!
