This tutorial is a spin on the outline nail art trend that's been pretty hot this summer. It's much easier to do, but gives a similar effect. Hope you enjoy and give it a try!
Materials Used:
OPI - Natural Nail Base Coat
Zoya - Hope
Dotting tool - from ebay
China Glaze - Passion
Sally Hansen - Insta Dry Anti Chip Top Coat
If you don't have (or want to buy) a dotting tool, you can always use a bobby pin, or a sharp pencil. :)
